Paradise Cyprus is set in a rural Cypriot village dating back to 8000 BC, and is not famous for its night life. However if nightlife is what you want, there are bars, cocktail bars, jazz clubs (Cyprus has very good jazz), night clubs, open air beach night clubs in Limassol, Larnaka and Nicosia. The house is a four minute drive from the motorway, and you will be in Limassol in 25 minutes - so it's all totally possible.
Golf In Cyprus:
There are four golf courses that are all in the South West/West part of the Island, towards Paphos. In order of their standard (& price) they are as follows:

The green fee for each one will range from EUR 150 to EUR 100 from Aphrodite Hills to Minthis respectively. To add a buggy, it will range from EUR 25-50. To add hire clubs, it would be another EUR 25-50.
However, a way of getting the price down (almost by half) is booking a “twilight tee time”, which start at 1:30pm in winter and probably 3pm in summer. This essentially means there is a very strong chance that you won’t finish all 18 holes because of the sun going down and it getting dark. Quite cheeky from them but probably worth it if you get the first twilight tee time as you’ll get 16 holes in.
Another good way of getting around the costings is booking through Golf Breaks: - a universally used website/company that has discounts at a huge amount of golf courses.
Minthis and Elea are 1hr 15 mins from the Villa. Aphrodite Hills and Secret Valley are 55mins away - all along the main highway driving West past Limassol. All of the golf courses are run by British Ex-pats, so English is widely spoken.
